We stayed at <st1:place st="on"><st1:city st="on">South Burlington</st1:city> <st1:state st="on">VT.</st1:state></st1:place> It was a fantastic trip. The green mountains state is very beautiful with its lakes, mountains and its natural beauty. <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Day 1: </p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">We started out early from <st1:state st="on"><st1:place st="on">New Jersey</st1:place></st1:state>. It was a 6 hour drive and we didn’t want to get caught in the traffic. </p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">It was a scenic drive on Route 87, driving north to Upstate New York. After few hours drive, our GPS took us to <st1:street st="on"><st1:address st="on">Dock Street</st1:address></st1:street> in NY and then we came to a complete stop in front of a waterfront.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">The GPS asked us to “Take the Ferry” ! We were surprised and we parked the car in front of the Old Dock Yard. The ferry would take us across the river from the state of NY to <st1:state st="on"><st1:place st="on">Vermont</st1:place></st1:state>! It was a 30 minute ferry. It was so exciting! We parked the car inside the ferry boat and enjoyed the ride to <st1:place st="on"><st1:city st="on">South Burlington</st1:city> <st1:state st="on">VT.</st1:state></st1:place></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Check out the Google map and the Old Dock where we took the Charlotte- Essex Ferry.
